I love Yoga, its been a saviour to me by all accounts. I love the people it has brought into my life, how this beautiful ancient practice has brought joy to me and how I share this joy with you in classes and retreats. It’s not just another Yoga event, these weekends that we spend together are special, they are heart-opening and so very wholesome.

It’s more than a Yoga retreat…it’s a wellness retreat.

A retreat from worry or stress.

A retreat from anxiety and rushing around.

A retreat where you can reset, re-adjust and support your highest self and put into action a more sustainable version of yourself.

Think of a retreat like a mini holiday, one where you really fill your cup and feel truly rested afterwards. A mini holiday where you feel happy, energised, rested, and motivated coming home.β™₯

 

A wellness retreat is all about giving yourself the space to concentrate fully on yourself, incorporating your mind, body, and soul.

Yes, theres usually Yoga involved but there’s also many other healing modalities and techniques that improve your wellbeing and help you to get back on track. A wellness retreat is a way of checking in with yourself.Β  It is a time for reflection and a chance to reset any bad habits that inevitably creep in over time!

 

But I don’t need healing, Is this right for me?

A yoga retreat may be the answer to the hectic pace of modern life, or if you are on the road to burn out. Coming back to yourself sooner than later is never a bad idea. But above all, who doesnt like a break from time to time to just do you, chill out and have fun!

I’m a complete beginner…

Great! Then you’re off to a great start on your Yoga journey if you’re already thinking of ding something for you health and wellbeing! Go you! Yoga With Ginni retreats welcome beginners and many modifications and variations are given. Thats not t say that there wont be challenges, however you are in the hands of a professional and will be guided wth encouragement and kindness always. Everything is an invitaton and under no circumstances are you obliged to do anything you don’t want to do.

Likewise, if you’re a more seasoned Yogi, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and refine your existing practice if that s what you are looking for.

What happens on a retreat apart from Yoga?

This can vary, depending on the location, time-frame, teachers, collaborators, and venue.
