Begin your weekend with intention. This six‑week Vinyasa series is designed to energize your body, clear your mind, and set the tone for a mindful Saturday. Each 60‑minute LOTUS ALIGN flow blends strength, breath, and balance in the signature Moon & Lotus style—exclusive, intimate, and deeply restorative.

✨ Optional Sauna Upgrade After class, extend your ritual with a 10 am sauna session just minutes away. Flow first, then choose your glow—movement followed by warmth and release. (subject to availability)

Duration: 6 weeks, 60 minutes each
Capacity: Intimate group (12 guests max)
Investment: €80 for the full 6‑week course
Drop‑in: €16 per class
Sauna add‑on: €15 per 60min session direct to The Stove Sauna, Ballyscanlon wellness, Fenor, Co.Waterford.
