About Me:

Hi, I’m Ginni. I am an experienced Yoga Teacher, wellness advocate and retreat leader. I teach nervous system regulation through simple, practical tools that actually fit into your every day life. My job is about helping you feel safe in your body longterm, not just calm for an hour. I built this because I needed it myself, I know exactly what it is like to feel stuck, anxious and tense, It is hard to overcome it alone, we are only human! Like most poeple I have good days and not so good days, but I have a set of tools now that help me stay on track, that keep me sane! These tools are what I really want to share with you in this programme.
